Summary	0000001: Drop PGP/GPG support
Description	yapfaq can now pipe its output to any external program, e.g. tinews.pl which can sign postings (and create a Cancel-Lock and ...), or to any other kind of software that can really do anything before posting. So it's an unnecessary duplication of code to keep the PGP/GPG support in yapfaq.
