Summary0000018: Completely update tables when re-running
DescriptionWhen processing a certain month for another time, gatherstats will overwrite old records (using REPLACE), but it won't delete old entries (e.g. of non-existing newsgroups that were erroneously counted).

It should really drop all records for the respective month and store them anew instead of just randomly updating them.
