| Description | When sending a test post you currently "use up" the generated Message-ID which is recorded in the newsserver's history; if your Message-ID contains just the current date, you cannot post a second test message without manual intervention. Furthermore, a test post containing a Supersedes header will delete the old version of your FAQ (which should stay until you are ready to really post the new version). So test posts should force a timestamp in the Message-ID and should not contain a Supersedes header. | ||||

Change: Modify headers for test posts. - Change MID so you can do multiple tests. - Replace Supersedes with X-Supersedes so you do not delete postings while testing. - Add remark ("This is a test message."). - Change documentation accordingly.
