Changeset Adapt feedlog.pl to new coding style.

* Switch to Getopt::Long, change coding style;
  limit line length.

* Completely changed options due to new
  GetOpt::Long processing.

* Adapt to changes in NewsStats.pm

* Redo documentation.

* Update TODO.
